The DFM is the 1G or 10G MPLS-TP transport unit for the DynaFlex Multiservice Access Node, providing IP, Ethernet and TDM services with management plane security. The DFM is an integrated transport unit providing E1, and Ethernet interfaces transported over either 1G or 10G MPLS-TP optical links. The DFM transport card is an ideal solution to seamlessly upgrade existing mission critical PDH, or SDH transport networks to next generation packet networks with predictable, deterministic performance, and cyber security capabilities.
